Digital aerial photography with a ground sample distance of 15 cm and optional 10cm GSD and absolute orientation of the imagery so the result can be used for stereo mapping and ortho photos. The sub agreements/lots are made to make sure any local good weather can be used to data acquisition. The Photo period is from 10th March to 1st May. This year only 2 lots is tendered.

Beskrivelse af fornyelser:
The Customer can choose to prolong the contract with one year at the time. The contract can be prolonged a maximum of 2 times. The Customer must inform the Supplier no later than the 10th November if the contract is extended with one year. The payment is adjusted according to the ‘Net price index’ from Statistic Denmark www.dst.dk per 1st January. The first time is January 2018.

Beskrivelse af mulighederne:
Option 1 — optional areas: SDFE can choose to activate optioned blocks. Three milestones are defined through the photo period on 12th April, 19th April and 26th April. When one of the three milestones is reached, or when a Lot is above 75 % completed of the total allocated area at any given time, then SDFE may activate options. Activating options to a Lot will give the supplier the right and obligation to finish the last 20 % of the contracted Lot and might give the right to accept possible optional areas — transferred from other Lots to facilitate the common goal of finishing all tendered data acquisition in time.

Option 2 — Change from 15cm to 10cm GSD: Change from 15cm to 10cm GSD is activated and a block is raised from 15cm to 10cm GSD the supplier must make a new flight plan, within a week, for data acquisition in 10cm GSD covering the block where option 2 has been activated, as well as do the data acquisition, data processing etc. for images in 10 GSD.
