DONG Energy holds Customer Master Data on more than 850 000 B2C customers and more than 100 000 B2B customers. It is important that each customer should be registered in accordance to the official registries in order to identify the customer at all times.
The contracts covers 4 elements:
1. Web search for persons and companies in official registries;
2. Automatic maintenance of customer master data;
3. See and act on changes in status from CPR or CVR registers on existing customers;
4. Ongoing credit rating of B2C customers.
The solution should therefore provide access to a number of official Danish registries, and deliver the information to DONG Energy via both Web search and through API to existing billing/ERP system for automated data management.
