Metroselskabet I/S reserve the right to obtain audited annual reports upon request. The winning Tender shall document the information regarding economic and financial capacity before award decision. The third party must sign and submit an unlimited surety bond (selvskyldnerkaution) if the applicant is awarded the contract.

There must be no risk worth mentioning that for the financial reasons the Tenderer will not be able to complete the task satisfactorily.

The Tenderer shall give information on supplied wheel lathe comparable to the 1 put out to tender within the last five (5) years in ESPD part IV.C. Metroselskabet I/S wants a maximum of 5 references. The references must include a description of the work, contract value amount, date and recipients. Electronic available information is only acceptable if references is linked directly, individually and separately.

The applicant shall complete ESPD part II, III and V including date and sign ESPD part VI.
If the Tender comes from a consortium, the above mentioned information must be duly filled in separate ESPD forms by each participant in the consortium.
In the Tender application is based on third party (e.g. parent company or subcontractor), the third party shall complete ESPD part II (only A and B), III and V including date and sign ESPD part VI.
Kontraktens udførelse

The supplier shall in accordance with ILO-convention No 94 on working clauses in public contracts ensure that employees who the supplier or sub-suppliers employ to fulfil the agreement have wages and labour conditions which are not less favourable than:

Four (4) Tenderers for the contracts will be selected from among the applicants that comply with the minimum requirements of Section III) of the contract notice and submitted completed, dated and signed European Standard Procurement Document (ESPD).
The selection of Tenderers will be based on an overall assessment of how the contracting authority can obtain the most attractive tenders. This overall assessment comprises the below items A and B in prioritized order:
A) An assessment of technical capacity of the Applicant on the basis of information requested in the present contract notice part III.1.3)
B) An assessment of the economic and financial capacity of the Applicant on the basis of information requested in the present contract notice part III.1.2)
