WTG tender for offshore wind farms

DONG Energy Wind Power A/S

The contract(s) will cover works in the form of a Turbine Supply Agreement and service and maintenance in the form of a Service & Warranty Agreement and potentially a Spare Part Agreement for offshore wind farm projects. The tender comprises up to 5 different sets of contracts as described above covering 5 projects with a total maximum capacity of 3 800 MWh.
The works and services and maintenance are expected to comprise, but not limited to, design, engineering, certification, procurement, supply, manufacturing, transport to port of shipment and delivery on board transport/installation vessel, installation, completion and commissioning as well as associated control and monitoring systems and initial service and maintenance of the offshore WTGs.

The Contracting Entity is acting on behalf of companies wholly owned or controlled by DONG Energy Wind Power Holding A/S (CVR no. 18936673) or DONG Energy Wind Power A/S ( CVR no. 31849292) or other entities, now or hereafter directly or indirectly owned or controlled by DONG Energy A/S (CVR no. 36213728) or jointly controlled by DONG Energy Wind Power Holding A/S or DONG Energy Wind Power A/S or other entities directly or indirectly owned or controlled by DONG Energy A/S and a third party. DONG Energy Wind Power A/S establishes on an ongoing basis new companies in connection with its activities. DONG Energy Wind Power A/S will most likely establish a new company for each new concession/permit that DONG Energy Wind Power A/S (or another entity within the DONG Energy Group, cf above) is winning or is being granted. The newly established companies will most likely be the companies that will be the contracting entities on each of the contracts tendered for. New companies that fulfil the definition above will also be contracting entities on which behalf DONG Energy Wind Power A/S acts, as long as the new companies' activities are within the usual activities of DONG Energy Wind Power A/S. Applicants shall request the Pre-qualification notice where the scope of works and the conditions for participation is described, cf. contact person under I.1. The Contracting Entity encourages the Applicants to request the Pre-qualification notice within the first two weeks from the time of issue of this e-notice, enabling the Contracting Entity to send information about Q&A meetings (if any) to the Applicant's contact person in due time.
