1) 6 months after the originator has published a notice in TED concerning the Signing of contract. The period begins on the day following the day on which notice has been published.
2) 30 calendar days from the day after the date on which the originator has informed the concerned tenderers that a contract based on a framework agreement with reopening of competition or a dynamic purchasing system is made, if the notification includes a short summary of the relevant reasons for the decision.

3) 12 months after the originator has entered into a framework agreement, the period begins from the day after the date on which the originator informed the concerned tenderers. Act § 2. 2. Within the same time a complaint is submitted to the Public Contracts Appeals Board, the complainant shall in writing, inform the originator that the complaint is submitted to the Public Contracts Appeals Board and whether the complaint has been made in the standstill period provided. Act § 3, paragraph 1. In cases where the complaint is not made in the standstill period, the complainant must also specify whether the complaint is requested suspensive effect Act. § 12 paragraph. 1.
