Monitoring, publishing and analytical capabilities for social media
The Contracting Authority is working to expand its monitoring, publishing and analytical capabilities for social media; hence, the scope of this tender is to acquire the necessary tools for this work in the future. The contract will cover purchase of a software-as-a-service tool (including any necessary licenses) and support and service through a 4 year contract with possibilities for the Contracting Authority to extend the Contract for successive 1 year periods.
