Lot M6 — Flue gas treatment system.
Full functional plant for dry flue gas cleaning consisting of bag filter with absorbent dosing for treatment of flue gases from a 500 MWth biomass CFB-boiler. Downstream of the flue gas treatment system (lot M6) a flue gas condensing system (lot M7) will be installed. The lot M6 supply includes one or several bag filter units, ducts, ID fan(s), silencer(s), silos and transport systems for absorbent and residues, electrical installations, insulation and cladding, galleries and stairs, auxiliary system within own area, process description for programming of overall control system, erection and commissioning, training and documentation.
A very high environmental profile is implemented in the project and permitted emission levels after flue gas treatment will be very low.
Civil works and overall control system are not included in the scope of supply.
Lot M7 — Flue gas condensing system.
Full functional plant for flue gas condensing including a wet flue gas cleaning system and humidification of combustion air, for flue gases from a 500 MWth biomass CFB-boiler. Upstream the flue gas condensing system (lot M7) bag filter with absorbent dosing (lot M6) will be installed and in the boiler (lot M3) a SNCR system for NOx reduction will be included. The lot M7 supply includes one or several quenches or wet scrubbers, flue gas condensers, air humidifiers with superheaters, ducts, dampers, stack with continuous emission monitoring system, waste water treatment system, feed water production, silos, pumps, pipes, electrical and signal cables, insulation and cladding, galleries and stairs, auxiliary system within own area, process description for programming of overall control system, erection and commissioning, training and documentation. A very high environmental profile is implemented in the project and permitted emission levels after flue gas condensing system will be very low, both for air and water. Membrane technology is assumed for waste water treatment to fulfil emission levels.
Civil works and overall control system are not included in the scope of supply.
