DONG Energy Thermal Power A/S

Engineering consulting services and assistance to the Contracting Entity.
The Services generally includes all engineering consultancy services for all phases in DONG Energy's project model. The phases are:
1) Idea,
2) Analysis,
3) Maturation,
4) Execution,
5) Evaluation.
Moreover, the services include planning, interaction with public authorities, risk assessments, project descriptions, strategy, preparation of tender material or detailed design, procurement projects, tender evaluation and assistance in connection with the conclusion of supplier and contractor, technical engineering assistance to power plant O&M etc. the list is not exhaustive.
The framework agreement concerns both secondment of employees under DONG Energy's instruction/management and responsibility, and performance of independent consultancy services with professional consulting liability.
The Framework agreement is divided into the following Lots:
— Lot 1: Engineering Consultancy, Client and Project;
— Lot 2: Engineering Consultancy, Building and Construction;
— Lot 3: Engineering Consultancy, Mechanical and Process;
— Lot 4: Engineering Consultancy, Electrical Installations;
— Lot 5: Engineering Consultancy, C&I / Control and Instrumentation Systems;
— Lot 6: Engineering Consultancy, Environmental;
— Lot 7: Engineering Consultancy, QHSE and Site Manager.

The Contracting Entity is acting on behalf of companies wholly owned or controlled by DONG Energy Thermal Power A/S (CVR no 27 44 64 69 ) or other entities, now or hereafter directly or indirectly owned or controlled by DONG Energy A/S (CVR no 36213728) or jointly controlled by DONG Energy Thermal Power A/S or other entities directly or indirectly owned or controlled by DONG Energy A/S and a third party. Applicants shall request the Supplementary Requirements for Pre-qualification (SRP) and submit the information as requested in the SRP cf. contact person under I.1). The Contracting Entity encourages the applicants to request the SRP within the first 5 days from the time of issuance of this e-notice, enabling the Contracting Entity to send SRQ to the Applicant's contact person in due time. DONG Energy Thermal Power A/S intends to pre-qualify 10 applicants to tender for each lot. The criteria for short-listing are stated in the SRQ. DONG Energy Thermal Power will award framework agreements to maximum 6 consultants per lot. Applicants must clearly state which lots the application is covering. Danish speaking representative from the supplier must always be available when working physically on Danish locations. Framework Agreements shall run for a period of 2 years. Framework Agreements can be renewed 1 times with 2 years duration and then 4 times with 1 year (2 years + 2 years + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year). Framework Agreements can with all extensions run for up to 8 years in total.
