DONG Energy Thermal Power A/S wishes on behalf of consolidated companies to prequalify consulting engineering companies for the performance of technical advice and assistance to DONG Energy's thermal power stations in Denmark. The Services related to the thermal power stations as well as activities related thereto. The Services generally includes all services in DONG Energy's project model, divided into the following phases: idea, analysis, maturation, execution and evalueringsfaser, including planning, public authorities, risk assessments, project descriptions, strategy, planning and design in tenders or detailed design, procurement projects, tender evaluation and assistance in connection with the conclusion of supplier and Contractor etc.
The list is not exhaustive. Framework Agreement concerns both deposits of resources who are working under DONG Energy's management and responsibility, as well as the performance of independent consultancy work with professional consulting liability. Also included are driftsrådgivning in all sub-contracts. The Framework is divided into the following sub-contracts / Lots:
Lot 1: Engineering Consultancy, Client and Project Consultancy.
Lot 2: Engineering Consultancy, Building and Construction.
Lot 3: Engineering Consultancy, Mechanical and Process.
Lot 4: Engineering Consultancy, Electrical Installations.
Lot 5: Engineering Consultancy, C&I / Control and Instrumentation Systems.
Lot 6: Engineering Consultancy, Environmental.
Lot 7: Engineering Consultancy, QHSE and Site Manager.

This Executive Order, is an invitation to out pre-qualifying applications. For each sub-contract will be prequalified maximum 8 advisers. This will result in an award of 4-6 consultants per lot. In order to be able to be pre-qualified, it is important that all information required in section III.2) Terms and Conditions of participation, shall be submitted to the contact specified in clause I.1). CVs should not be enclosed with the application for pre-qualification. In out pre-qualifying the application must clearly state what or which lots are sought to be prequalified. Beskrivelse af mulighederne:
The individual Lots shall run for a period of 2 years. The individual sub-contracts can be renewed 1 time with 2 years' duration. (from award of contract). Then the agreement can be renewed, one (1) year at a time, up to 4 times. Thus the agreement with extensions, can run for up to 8 years in total.

Complaints about not having been prequalified must be filed within 30 calendar days from the day after the day when the contracting entity has notified the applicants in question as to who has been pre-qualified, provided that the notification contains a brief account of the relevant grounds for the decision. Complaints about invitations to tender for a framework agreement must be filed within 12 months from the date when the contracting entity has entered into the framework agreement as of the day after the day when the contracting entity has notified the applicants and tenderers in question thereof. No later than at the time of an appeal is lodged with the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, the complainant must notify the contracting authority, in writing to file a complaint is lodged with the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, and information about whether the complaint is filed in the standstill period. If the complaint is not filed in the standstill period, the complainant must also state whether or not a motion for stay of proceedings is submitted.
