The contract is divided into 11 lots, each covering one excess layer with a limit of liability of EUR 5 000 000 or EUR 10 000 000 for each and every claim and in the annual aggregate. The excess layers will have an overall combined limit of liability of max. EUR 70 000 000 in excess of the primary layer (limit: EUR 20 000 000). For details on the lots, reference is made to Annex B.

(2) Solemn declaration that the applicant does not have any unpaid mature debt to any Danish public authority in excess of DKK 100 000, cf. Consolidated Act No 336 of 13.5.1997
A template for a declaration covering both (1) and (2) may be obtained from the contact person listed in Annex A. The applicant may — but is not required to — use this template to submit the required information.
Agents: If the applicant acts as an agent for one or more insurance companies implying that the insurance company or companies will eventually be party to the contract with Finansiel Stabilitet and the final issuer(s) of the insurance policy, the declarations on (1) and (2) above must be submitted for each insurance company represented by the agent. The agent, however, is not required to submit declarations on (1) and (2) above.

There are no specific requirements regarding the legal form to be taken by a group of insurance companies in order to be eligible for award of the contract. However, if a group of economic operators submits a joint offer, all economic operators in the group must be jointly and severally liable for the performance and fulfilment of the contract.
