Der accepteres varianter
Beskrivelse af mulighederne:
1) Reuse of the existing Windhoff road railer in the vehicle positioning system including the radio control of this feature
2) Installing of an extra set of steps into the pit to permit access from both sides of the lathe.
3) Yearly maintenance for the life of the machine for the first year.
Foreløbig tidsplan for udnyttelse af optioner: 2 måneder

Betingelser for deltagelse
Egnethed til at udøve det erhverv:
1) The tender must be submitted in three copies with the same wording and a digital copy on a USB or a CD.
2) The tender may specify the company(ies) tendering; phone number; e-mail address and name of a contact person (requirement fulfilled by filling out the tender list).
3) According to Consolidation Act No. 336 of 13.5.1997, the tender must enclose a solemn declaration in respect of due, unpaid debt to the authorities.
4) The tender must also be accompanied by a solemn declaration to the effect that the applicant is not excluded from participating in the tender procedure for reasons specified in Article 54 (4), second sentence (corresponding to the Public Procurement Directive, Article 45 (1)), and that the applicant is not excluded from participating in the tender procedure for reasons covered by the Public Procurement Directive, Article 45 (2), letters a, b, c, e and f.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:
5) The tender must be accompanied by information on the TENDERERS economic key figures for the three last available years as follows:
— turnover;
— profit/loss for the year;
— equity capital;
— total assets.
The information can be given as a table, dated and signed by the Tenderer, Metroselskabet would prefer not to receive annual reports.
Metroselskabet I/S reserves the right to obtain audited annual reports upon request.
MINIMUM requirements regarding economic and financial capacity:
There must be no risk worth mentioning that for financial reasons the Tenderer will not be able to complete the task satisfactorily.
FORMALITY:
If the TENDER comes from a consortium, the above mentioned information must be submitted for each participant in the consortium.
If the tender is based on economic and financial capacity of a third party (e.g. a parent company):
— the said information must also be enclosed for such third party;
— an availability declaration from the third party must be enclosed, cf. Article 54 (5) of the Utilities Directive.
No availability declaration is needed if the tender is based solely on the TENDERERS own economical and financial capacity.

Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
6) The tender must be accompanied by information on supplied Wheel Lathe comparable to the one put out to tender within the last 5 years.
MINIMUM requirement:
a) The Tenderer shall within the last 5 years have produced and installed at least one wheel lathe comparable to the one put out to tender.
b) The Tender must document ability to provide and operate a portable wheel lathe during the unavailability of the wheel lathe in the replacement period
FORMALITY:
If the tender comes from a consortium, the above mentioned information must be given for each participant in the consortium.
If the tender is based on the technical capacity from a third party (e. g. a sub supplier):
— the said information must also be given for the third party;
— an availability declaration signed by the third party must be enclosed, cf. Article 54 (6) of the Utilities Directive.

(b) the general level observed in the trade or industry in which the contractor is engaged by employers whose general circumstances are similar.
Furthermore, the supplier is obliged to respect directive 96/71/EF concerning the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services including the provisions set out in enforcement directive 2014/67/EU concerning the posting of workers.
