(1) The contracting entity intends to invite a maximum of 5 applicants to the tender. (2) An application for pre-qualification is asked to be sent in 2 hard copies and 1 electronic copy on USB stick or CD. (3) In order to qualify himself, the applicant must demonstrate acceptable technical capabilities with respect to section III.2.3. (4) If more than 5 applications will be received meeting the minimum requirements, the selection of pre-qualified companies will be based on (i) reference projects, cf. section III.2.3.; (ii) overall technical capabilities demonstrated, cf. section III.2.3.; and (iii) the turnover. (5) The award of the contract is subject to approval by the board of the Contracting entity. (6) The contracting entity points out that the project language is English, and the Contract will be written in English; however, some documents may need to be in Danish.

Egnethed til at udøve det erhverv:

Legal position — means of proof required: Applicants will be excluded from participation in the tender if:

(a) They are bankrupt or being wound up, are having their affairs administered by the courts, have entered into an arrangement with creditors, have suspended business activities, are the subject of proceedings concerning those matters, or are in any analogous situation arising from a similar procedure provided for in national legislation or regulations;

(b) They have been convicted of an offence concerning their professional conduct by a judgment which has the force of res judicata;

(d) They have not fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions or the payment of taxes in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which they are established or of Denmark;

(e) They are guilty of misrepresentation in supplying the information required by the Contracting Authority as a condition of participation in the contract procedure or fail to supply this information.

Applicants shall present a declaration from the competent authority confirming that they are not in 1 of the situations described above.

The Client reserves the right to apply for supplementary information for the relevant public authority concerning exclusionary claimed above.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:

Evidence of the Applicant's economic and financial standing must include:

1. Annual accounts for the latest 3 years. Separate explanations of net worth conditions and outstandings unfinished projects must be included. The material must include informations with respect to: turnover, balance, equity/debt ratio.

2. Evidence of registration in a trade or professional register in the applicant's country of origin.

3. Company structure and ownership.

Teknisk og faglig kompetence:

Evidence of the Applicant's technical capacity must include:

a) An indication of the proportion of the contract which the Applicant may intend to subcontract, including a list of potential sub-suppliers.

b) Qualifications of staff forming part of the Applicant's project organisation.

c) Quality Assurance documentation.

d) Description of planning, management and CAD tools available to the Applicant.

e) List of similar supplies which have been completed and/or contracted within the last 3 years.

f) The list of references must include:

f.1) Name of the Client, name of the plant, address, telephone number and contact person.

f.2) Date of project start and completion.

f.3) Brief description of the supply, including plant capacity.

f.4) Contract amount.
