Betingelser for deltagelse
Egnethed til at udøve det erhverv:
Tenderers must state clearly and unambiguously in their tenders which legal entity is the tenderer and thereby responsible to the Danish Nature Agency.
Tenderers that have been convicted of 1 or more of the types of criminal offence listed in Article 45 (1) of the Public Procurement Directive, or that are covered by 1 or more of the circumstances listed in Article 45 (2) (a)–(c) of the Procurement Directive, will be excluded from the procurement procedure.

Tenderers must also, in accordance with Consolidation Act No 336 of 13.5.1997 on Restricting Debtors' Options for Participating in Public Procurement Procedures, complete and sign a solemn declaration.
Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:
To demonstrate evidence of economic suitability, tenderers must submit documentation showing that the tenderer has or can obtain the relevant Professional Indemnity Insurance for the agreement.
Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
Tenderers must submit the following to document their technical and specialist suitability:
1. References for the company. A maximum of 5 references should be attached, covering projects which the tenderer has undertaken within the specified area in the last 3 years. The list of references must include the following information:
a. Recipient of laboratory analyses/sampling (customer), stating contact person,
b. Brief description of the project,
c. Contract period,
d. Contract value in DKK.
In cases where it is not possible to submit references for a sub-agreement, a valid or reasonable explanation for this must be given. This may, for example, relate to start-up enterprises.
2. Information on how large a proportion of the contract the tenderer intends to subcontract. The percentage of the total financial tender accounted for by subcontracting must be stated. The proportion must not be greater than 70 % in terms of DKK.
3. A description of the tenderer’s organisation and employees.
4. A copy of the accreditation document (s) of the tenderer and any sub-supplier (s) of the tenderer from the Danish Accreditation and Metrology Fund (DANAK), or from an equivalent accreditation body that is also a cosignatory to the European Co-operation for Accreditation (EA)’s multilateral agreement on mutual recognition.

Invoices are to be sent monthly. Another interval may be agreed between the Supplier and the Danish Nature Agency.
The Supplier must provide an electronic invoice to the Danish Nature Agency.
Otherwise, invoicing must be in accordance with the rules laid down in the Public Payments, etc. Act, see Act No 1203 of 27.12.2003 as Amended, see Consolidating Act No 798 of 28.6.2007, and the rules issued on the basis of this Act. All invoicing must be electronic, free of charges and at no cost to the Danish Nature Agency.

It will be a contractual requirement that the Supplier and any subcontractors ensure employees wages (including benefits), hours of work and other conditions of labour which are not less favourable than those established for work of the same character in the trade or industry concerned by collective agreement in Denmark concluded by the most representative organisations of employer and employee, and which applies throughout the Danish area ‘Contribute to the Fulfilment of the Contract’ means work carried out in Denmark in order to fulfil the contract.
