Work contract for concrete staircase construction
Lumos Design is running a Restricted OJEU process to select an individual contractor for the construction of a concrete staircase in a three levels multi-storey building, with the location on a plot with bad soil conditions. The load-bearing capacity of the soil is poor due to the high level of humidity in the ground.
The task consists in: Produce and install prefabricated staircase. Staircase must be installed from basement to ground floor, from ground floor to first floor and from first floor to the top floor.
The job consists in working in collaboration with other contractors.
