This Tender is conducted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark on behalf of The Trade Council, a governmental export and investment promotion organisation under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This Tender concerns two separate lots regarding subscriptions to online market intelligence services. One lot concerns a subscription to market intelligence services for Developing Markets, while the other lot concerns a subscription to market intelligence services for Developed Markets. See the individual Annex B descriptions for specific information about both sub-contracts.
It is possible to submit a tender for both lots. In case a Tenderer is awarded both lots, the contractual responsibilities will be placed in one contract, that concerns both Developed Markets and Developing Markets.

The service provider must provide a solemn declaration stating the amount of any unpaid debt to the public authorities in Denmark as well as public authorities in that country where the service provider is established, which has fallen due on the date when the tender is submitted.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:
A declaration concerning the balance of account or annual reports for the last available fiscal year stating the turnover of the Tenderer, if publication of this information is prescribed by the laws of the home country of the Tenderer.
In case of a tender submitted by a consortium each participant of that consortium must provide documentation for its own economic and financial ability.
Mindstekrav til niveauet:
The Tenderer must as a mandatory requirement be able to demonstrate a turnover of at least 5 million DKK.
If the documentation provided for meeting this requirement is in a foreign currency, the requirement must be met on the day of the deadline for submission of the tender when converted to DKK according to the official exchange rates of the Danish National Bank.
