Applying companies must in combination with the request for participation complete and submit a Solemn Declaration (Document A) as documentation of whether or not the company has unpaid outstanding debts to public authorities concerning social security contributions, taxes or duties cf. Danish Act no. 336 of 13/5/1997 on restricting debtors access to public tenders. Document A is also documentation as to whether the applying company should be excluded from participation cf. article 45 in Directive 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (Public Procurement Directive).

If the applying company is a consortium or similar group of economic operators, a legally binding declaration regarding the circumstances in III.1.3 signed by all participating companies must be submitted together with Document A for each participating company.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:
As documentation for the tenderer‘s economic and financial capacity, the tenderer must complete and submit Document B – Key Figures (Economic and financial capacity) containing the following key figures:
1) Overall turnover.
2) Turnover in the area covered by the contract.
3) Net Profit after taxes.
4) Equity.
5) The Equity Ratio.
6) The Liquidity Ratio.
7) The Profit Margin.
8) the number of full time employees.
All key figures shall be stated for the past three financial years available. If an applying company has existed for less than three years, key figures for all available financial years shall be stated.
The statement must be verified by a signature from the auditor or accountant of the tendereres company having authorization to certify the key figures.

In addition to the information requested above (Key Figures), the tenderer must provide the contracting authority with the company's annual report for the past 2 accounting years. If this is not possible, annual reports must be provided for the 2 most recent accounting years. If the tenderer has existed for less than 2 years, annual reports must be provided for all available accounting years.

The tenderer may be based on the economic and financial capacities of other entities, e.g., a parent company, regardless of the legal character of the relationship between the tenderer and this entity. In this case, the tenderer must declare to the contracting authority how he possesses the necessary resources, e.g., by submitting documentation for the binding commitment made to this effect by these other entities.

As documentation for the applying company's technical capacity, the applying company must complete and submit a list of references (Document C) in which the applying company provides information regarding the most important contracts of similar nature, as to the type of contract described in the Contract Notice item II.1.5. executed and finalized within the last 3 years.

Contracts of similar nature: References must have a wide range and complexity which show the ability to deliver to a national Broadcaster or a bigger Production Company. References which include deliveries of both equipment and turn-key projects are preferable.

Applying companies must describe how they have performed similar contracts as explicitly as possible. If part of the contract has been performed by subcontractors, their role and collaboration must also be described.
If the applying company is a consortium or a similar group of economic operators, one joint list of references must be submitted with a clear indication of which company each reference relates to.
Mindstekrav til niveauet:
To be suitable to submit a tender, the applying company must be able to document at least 2 references of relevance, and maximum 5 references, within the last 3 years. The company must not submit more than 5 references.
If an applying company is unable to document at least 2 reference of relevance, the company will be excluded from tendering.
