The Centre for Structural Biology at Aarhus University wish to replace their existing 16 year old rotating anode (EN FR591) with focussing optics (Osmic) and image plate (Mar345) X-ray equipment. The new system is intended for testing and screening purposes for our very challenging projects (integral membrane proteins, ribosome structures, large receptor complexes) for which the final data collection will be done at synchrotron sources. The system should also be able to perform high quality data collection for protein crystals with medium sized unit cell dimensions (<100Å) within a reasonable time frame.

This tender includes 3 options for further technical instruments.
The options are set out in Appendix 1, no. 4.The price of the 3 options must be indicated individually and will be included directly in The Contracting Authority evaluation of the tender.
The options will be purchased if the budget of the contracting authority permits.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:
Consolidated Act no. 336 of 13 May 1997 on limitation of debtors' participation in public works contracts, etc., stipulates that, in connection with the purchase of goods and services, the public contracting entity shall demand that any tenderer make a solemn declaration stating to which extent the tenderer has unpaid mature debt to any public authorities in the form of taxes, duties and contributions to social security schemes under Danish law or under the laws of the country in which the tenderer has its registered office.

There are no requirements to the financial and economic capacity of the tenderer.
The Product Price is inclusive of customs, duties and all expenses on the part of the Supplier, but exclusive of VAT – if any.
A payment conditional upon the fulfilment of an obligation by the Supplier will not be due until any such obligation has been fulfilled according to the stipulation set out in the Contract.
The terms of payment are 40 % of total Product Price (DKK xxxx) upon order of the Products, 50% of total Product Price (DKK xxxx) upon delivery (see Clause 9.1) and 10 % of total Product Price (DKK xxxx) after approved installation and delivery test (see Clause 10).

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals:
A complaint about not being prequalified must be received within 20 days from the day after the Contracting Authoritys information about who has been prequalified.
Complaints about the tender must be submitted within 6 months after the contracting entity has published a notice in the Official Journal of the contracting entity contract.
The period begins on the day following the day on which notice has been published.
The appellant shall at least at the same time ogf logding a complaint in writing inform the Contracting Authority that a complaint is lodged and whether the complaint has been lodged in the standstill period.
In this case the complaint is not filed in the standstill period, the claimant must also specify whether a suspensory effect of the complaint is requested.
The complaint must be accompanied by a fee of 20 000 DKK.
