The number of invited respondents is five. Insofar as the number of respondents, whose request is in compliance with the requirements of this notice, exceeds five, the selection of respondents will be based on the following grounds:
- the quality of references for light rail, metro or similar assessment assignments during the previous 10 years;
- the number and credentials of staff of the respondent specialised in light rail and operation of light rail systems applying the standards set out in III.2.3
The declarations to be submitted cf. section III.2 must not be older than six months before the deadline for receiving requests. If the respondent consists of a joint group of firms (e.g. a consortium) each member of the consortium should submit the declaration/report.
The primary method of sharing documents between Odense Letbane and the respondents is the Odense Tramway Tender Portal that has been established for the project. This Portal called DOCIA and administered by ByggeWeb is the online method that will be used for the Odense Tramway to both issue formal project Tender material and receive Bids (Offers) from the Tenderers. Further details are available in the ByggeWeb / DOCIA Instruction manual (see http://www.byggeweb.dk/cms/uk/).
Respondents shall be granted access to the Odense Tramway Tender Portal by use of a unique link, username and password sent by request via the email address in section I.1 above.
Respondents will receive notification about updated or new documents on the Odense Tramway Tender Portal from the email address in section I.1 above and shall confirm receipt of the notice .
Expressions of Interest should be submitted electronically via the Odense Tramway Tender Portal.
The request must contain contact information of the company requesting prequalification, phone and fax nos., e-mail address and contact person.
The request must include a general description of the company including ownership and legal capacity as well as the average number of employees within the last 3 years, including a specification of the number of assessors experienced in tramway projects, submitted in accordance with the template on the DOCIA web page (Annex D).
