The primary method of sharing documents between Odense Letbane and the respondents is the Odense
Tramway Tender Portal that has been established for the project. This Portal called DOCIA and administered by ByggeWeb is the online method that will be used for the Odense Tramway to both issue formal project Tender material and receive Bids (Offers) from the Tenderers. Further details are available in the ByggeWeb / DOCIA Instruction manual (see http://www.byggeweb.dk/cms/uk/).
Respondents shall be granted access to the Odense Tramway Tender Portal by use of a unique link, username and password sent by request via the email address in section I.1 above.
Respondents will receive notification about updated or new documents on the Odense Tramway Tender Portal from the email address in section I.1 above and shall confirm receipt of the notice.
Requests should be submitted electronically via the Odense Tramway Tender Portal.
The request must contain contact information of the company requesting prequalification, phone, email address and name of contact person.
