The Danish Emergency Management Agency is calling for tenders for framework agreement for hose care maintenance system for the entire Danish fire and rescue service. Hose care maintenance system shall be used for exterior and interior washing of fire hoses as well as carrying out pressure testing. The tender is divided into two Lots:
Lot 1: Hose care maintenance system with long testing bench. Lot 1 is not exclusive. Danish Emergency Management Agency obliges to purchase one Hose care maintenance system with long bench. Here besides lot 1 does not contain terms for further supply to the Danish Emergency Management Agency or customers placing orders under the agreement.
Lot 2: Compact hose care maintenance system. Lot 2 is not exclusive and does not contain terms for minimum supply to the Danish Emergency Management Agency or customers placing orders under the agreement.
The Danish Emergency Management Agency is responsible for and will implement the tender process on behalf of all customers and is the contracting authority.

Mindstekrav til niveauet:
The minimum requirement is positive equity over the last two years. Appendix B should be filled out.
Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
General company profile, including a description of the company, its ownership, internal inspection system, the way in which the company handles the working environment (including the psychological working environment).etc. Reference list, relevant references relating to supply of similar services must be included. The list must specify the last three years' most important deliverables and include the name of the contracting entity and, if applicable, contact details.

Complaints not to have been pre-qualified must be filed with Klagenævnet for Udbud (The Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement) within 20 days from the day after the contracting authority's notice of who has been pre-qualified.
Other complaints must be filed with Klagenævnet for Udbud within 45 days from the day after the contracting authority has published a notice in The Official Journal of the European Union that the contracting authority has entered the contract.
