Delivery of absorption heat pump
The tender comprises the delivery of an absorption heat pump to Dalum Kraftvarme in order to increase energy recovery from an existing flue gas condensation system and to recover energy from turbine cooling for the production of heat to the district heating system of the town of Odense.
The contractor is to deliver a single effect steam driven absorption heat pump with an evaporator effect of 3.3 MW, including transportation, lifting of the heat pump into its final position inside the boiler house at Dalum Kraftvarme, and supervision of the commissioning and testing of the heat pump as well as education of operating personnel.
According to the current time schedule, which is subject to revision, delivery of the heat pump is expected to take place in January 2015, and trial period and guarantee test is to be completed by March 2015.
Dalum Kraftvarme A/S is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fjernvarme Fyn A/S.
