Chemical Detectors
This notice involves the establishment of a Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement concerns automatic and handheld chemical detectors, for detection of chemical war agents and toxic industrial chemicals.
The Framework Agreement is divided into two (2) lots:
Lot 1: Handheld Chemical Detectors (HCD)
Lot 2: Automatic Chemical Detectors (ACD)
The HCD and ACD will by rapid and reliable point detection of vaporized Chemical War Agents (CWA) and Toxic Industrial Chemicals (TIC) be part of the decision foundation regarding the soldiers protective measurements against CWA and TIC.
Regarding clause IV.1.2) Limitations on the number of operators who will be invited to tender or to participate, candidates are specifically made aware, that this limitation relates to both lots. This Framework Agreement is divided into two (2) lots, thus, DALO intends to limit the number of operators who will be invited to tender or to participate to 5 operators per lot, giving a total of up to 10 operators who will be invited to tender or to participate.
Candidates are further made aware, regarding clause II.1.8) Lots, that applications for participation and tenders may be submitted for one or more lots.
