Copenhagen Airports A/S (CPH) is seeking a strategic business partner with proven experience and capability to provide CPH's future operational traffic IT solution which will accelerate business benefit implementation, standardize processes, increase situational awareness of live operations through better communications (CDM), enable excellent customer experiences, reduce total cost of operation for our customers and improve operating performance metrics. The successful bidder shall replace CPH's current traffic system (CATS – Copenhagen Airport Traffic System) no later than by the end of year two of the contract. The new solution shall comprise selected capabilities supported by the current system providing the functionality to support among others Airport Traffic Management and Customer Service capabilities and provide integration solutions to support among others Security Screening, Sales & Marketing, Environmental Reporting, Financial KPI's and Billing capabilities. The new solution shall be A-CDM compliant and support future SESAR and other legislative requirements. In addition to the above, the successful bidder shall throughout the term of the contract provide additional functionality needed to accelerate the business benefit implementations required to fulfill the CPH World Class Hub Strategy. The tender material will describe some of the business benefits and services which CPH foresee should be integrated into the new operational traffic IT solution, however, CPH cannot predict the future, hence the new solution shall be agile and prepared for integration of new services/business benefits. The term of the contract is expected to be 5-10 years. Further details will be set out in the tender documents.

The contracting entity will select 4 candidates to participate. If more than 4 candidates meet the criteria for selection, the candidates invited to submit a tender will be choosen using the following criteria:
(a) evidence of proven technical capacity to carry out the contract drawn from the documents listed in section III.2.3).
The selected candidates will be required to sign a non-disclosure certificate prepared by the contracting entity before receiving the tender documents. All candidates are requested to sign and include the non-disclosure certificate as part of their request to participate. The certificate can be obtained from the contracting entity's contact person, cf. section I.1.). If a selected candidate has not included a signed certificate with the request to participate, the candidate will have to sign the certificate after the selection in order to receive the tender documents. This may lead to a shortening of the time available to prepare the proposal.
Request to participate shall be marked " EU tender - Airport Traffic System" and delivered in person or by courier to the contracting entitiy's contract person at the contracting entity's address, cf. section I.1). The request shall be delivered in two (2) hard copies and an electronic copy on a CD-ROM or USB-stick.
