DONG Energy Wind Power A/S

DONG Energy has 10 wind turbines (WTG's) in Middelgrunden Offshore Windfarm located offshore Copenhagen.
The WTG's are manufactured by Bonus and the type is:
Bonus 2,0 MW hydraulisk combistall with LM 36,8 blades, hubhight 64 m, rotordiameter 76 m, ABB 2000/400 kW generator, WTC 2,0 controller, Flender PEAB 4455, Gearbox.
The contractor shall provide the following services on the WTG's:
— Scheduled and unscheduled service,
— Provision of all replacement parts and spareparts,
— Warranty on service defects and spareparts,
— 24/7/365 SCADA and WTC3 Controller support,
— Day to day management,
— Hotline and Technical follow-up,
— Additional services.

The procedure for this Tender is a negotiated procedure where participants have to request for participation cf. section III.2.1)-2.5). If more than five economic operators submit applications for participation that comply with the requirements specified above, the Contracting Entity will select 5 operators to participate in the tender procedure. The Contracting Entity will invite those applicants which appear to offer the best qualifications based on an overall assessment of the documentation requested in sections III.2.2) and III.2.3). In particular, the Contracting Entity will base this selection on: (i) the quality and relevance of the references submitted by the applicant; and, (ii) the financial solidity of the applicant; cf. section III.2.2) and III.2.3).

Applicants must document the following:
1) A short presentation of the company, including name, address, company registration number and contant informations in connection with this Tender.
2) Solemnly declare that the Company, cf. article 54 in EU Directive 2004/17/EF:
— Is not in suspension of payments,
— Has not been declared or requested bankrupt,
— Is not in liquidation or compulsory composition,
— Has not been judged by the force of law for a punishable act,
— Has fullfilled its obligations regarding social responsibilities in the country in which the company is registred,
— Has no unpaid due debt to the Public in the country in which the company is registred.
3) Copy of certification and list of approved turbines, cf. section III.1.4).
4) Copy of certification of quality system, cf. section III.1.4).
The above should be submitted in one hard copy and one electronical copy (USB or cd-rom).

Applicants must submit the following:
1) Financial statements for the last 2 years. New companies that do not have two years financial statements can document their financial capabilities in another way e.g. by budgets etc.

Applicants must submit the following:
1) References for similar projects within the last 5 years. New companies with references for less than 5 years must submit references for whatever possible period.
2) Information on subcontractors if relevant.

4) Description of environmental management control system.
The above should be submitted in one hard copy and one electronical copy (USB or cd-rom).
