DALO intends to purchase a Mobile test facility for the RTM322 helicopter engine (EH101 helicopter).
The purchase will include a mobile test facility for the RTM322 engine, support of the facility, upgrades, documentation and training needed for operating the facility. The purchase of the test facility is planned for delivery in early part of 2014, with an option for one additional mobile test facility within 5 years from the initial delivery.
The Mobile Test Facility shall be configurable for the t-700 and CT7-8E engines from GE.
The Mobile Test Facility should:
— Have the ability to perform a ”Run Up / flight idle” test.
— Be designed for the RTM322 and certified in use by Rolls Royce.
— Be mobile on both normal road transportation / towing, and by air transport within the limits of a C130J.
— Have a self-contained electrical supply, with independent generator.
— Be Off The Shelf (OTS) equipment.
— Have a minimum of 15 years of performance.
— It is of paramount importance that DALO is able to purchase all necessary spare parts, support and maintenance, upgrades, documentation and training needed for keeping the facility in function.
— The initial procurement of the facility will therefore have to be delivered with:
— an initial packet with the recommended spare parts and consumables for 3 years.
— Further, the sustainment obligations include:
— maintenance documentation to support Depot Level Maintenance;
— operators documentation;
— initial training of operators /maintenance technicians;
— delivery of spares;
— execution of repairs;
— execution of support;
— delivery of upgrades and modifications (hardware/software).
