Information about the supplier's/contractor's/service provider's own situation and the in-formation and formalities required to assess whether he has the required minimum capaci-ty (financially and technically). The answers in respect of the information outlined below must be provided specifically and unequivocally for each individual enterprise. If suppliers have joined forces (i.e. joint ventures, consortia etc.), the information must be provided for each individual service provider. Please observe that it is the legal entity which obtains prequalification that has to sign the Contract with Energinet.dk and thus is fully responsible towards Energinet.dk regarding fulfilment of the Contract.

1. A solemn declaration as to whether the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations in respect of the payment of contributions to social security schemes in accordance with the legislation in the country in which the tenderer is domiciled and in Denmark. And to whether the ten-derer, has fulfilled his obligations in respect of the payment of taxes and duties in accord-ance with Danish legislation. 2. The tenderers and service providers latest audited annual financial report. If this is not in English, please include a résumé in English.
The tenderers overall economic situation and key figures will be assessed in proportion to the expected overall sum of the contract. In the event that Energinet.dk finds that these are out of proportion to each other, Energinet.dk reserves the right to exclude him from the prequalification.

4. Referencelist with similar services rendered in the past 5 years.
5. Are you capable of conducting the following inspections:
a.Cleaning and gauging,
b.Caliper,
c.MFL,
d.Datalogging (p(abs), p(Δ), T, kp-ref.) ?
6. Can you complete inspections of the pipelines during the month of September 2014, 2015 and optionally 2016 ?
7. Can you conduct inspections on pipelines of sizes: 12”, 20”, 24” and 30” ?
8. Are you able to provision a corro-sion growth report for MFL-inspections based on collected and previous data ?
