Lot 1 – Kriegers Flak – 320 kV HVDC Submarine and Underground cables, design, production and execution including transport and laying of the submarine cables.
With respect to Lot 1, Energinet.dk is also purchasing on behalf of 50 Hertz Transmission GmbH.
Lot 2 – Kriegers Flak – 150 kV HVAC Submarine and internal platform connections (on the two Danish HVAC Platforms), design, production and execution including the transport and laying of the submarine cable.
With respect to Lot 2, Energinet.dk is purchasing on its own behalf.

However, both dates are subject to change (i.e. earlier or later), for instance in the event the starting date of the project/contract has been changed or the requirements for completing this project have changed. Energinet.dk expects to invite up to 5 Tenderers to submit an offer. If the number of prequalified applicants exceed the number of tenderers to be invited to submit a tender, the selection of the prequalified applicants will be based on an evaluation of the references. The prequalified applicant who is evaluated to have the best references will be ranked first, second best will be ranked second etc. until the intended number of tenderers is reached. Information about the supplier's/contractor's/service provider's own situation and the information and formalities required to assess whether he has the required minimum capacity (financially and technically). The answers in respect of the information outlined below must be provided specifically and unequivocally for each individual enterprise. If suppliers have joined forces (i.e. joint ventures, consortia etc.), the information must be provided for each individual service provider.

Please observe that it is the legal entity which obtains prequalification that has to sign the Contract with Energinet.dk, on its own behalf and on behalf of 50Hertz Transmission GmbH, thus this legal entity is fully responsible towards the contract parties, Energinet.dk and 50Hertz Transmission GmbH, represented by Energinet.dk, regarding fulfillment of the Contract in regards of Lot 1.

Regarding Lot 2 the legal entity has to sign the Contract with Energinet.dk. Legal situation - documentation required:

1. A solemn declaration as to whether the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations in respect of the payment of contributions to social security schemes in accordance with the legislation in the country in which the tenderer is domiciled and in Denmark. And to whether the tenderer, has fulfilled his obligations in respect of the payment of taxes and duties in accordance with Danish legislation, and in the country in which the tenderer is domiciled.

Teknisk og faglig kompetence:

For both lots please forward description of production facility.

Lot 1:

Preferred technology is Extruded 320 kV DC cables, but an alternative of MIND 320 kV cables on Lot 1 can be accepted.

The extruded cable technology will be rated higher in the technical evaluation in the contract award than the MIND cable technology.

Technical evaluation for Prequalification on Lot 1:

— The educational and professional qualifications of the tenderer and his employees, in particular of the one(s) responsible for rendering the service.

— Reference list with similar services rendered in the past 5 years. Alternatively your ongoing projects within HVDC Cables or offensive development plans for HVDC Cables.

The evaluation will be based on the following prioritized list:

1. Finished successful type test of 320 kV Extruded submarine HVDC Cable.

2. Operating extruded submarine HVDC Cable of at least 200 kV.

3. Offshore projects for extruded submarine HVDC-cable in the realization phase in addition with a successful type test of at least 200 kV.

4. Finished HVDC MIND submarine cable projects of at least 320 kV.

5. Documented plans in progress for extruded submarine HVDC Cables.

Lot 2:

Technical evaluation for Prequalification on Lot 2:

— Reference list with similar services rendered in the past 5 years. The evaluation will be based on the following prioritized list:

1. Finished HVAC Cables offshore projects – minimum 150 kV 3-core submarine cable.

2. HVAC Cables offshore projects, which are in the realization phase.
