Ku-band Satellite Communication Capacity: A - Coverage (One satellite only): Europe, west of longitude 35 East, including the British Islands and all of the Mediterranean Sea. A coverage diagram for the offered capacity shall be included in the quotation.
B - Coverage (one satellite only): Denmark, Iceland, Eastern Greenland between 70 degrees and 75 degrees North, and the sea around these territories. A coverage diagram for the offered capacity shall be included in the quotation.
The capacity shall be provided from 1.12.2013 to 30.11.2017.
A link budget, supporting the capability of the offered capacity to transfer the circuits specified shall be a part of the quotation.
The tender shall include the following services:
a. Provision of Ku-Band satellite capacity on a full-time basis via one or two serving satellite.
b. Provision of telemetry, tracking and control services.
c. Provision of maintenance services of the serving satellite.
d. Provision of payload management services, responsibility for monitoring satellite carriers and for planning and controlling the users' access to the serving satellite.
e. Provision of documentation and training services.

Betingelser for deltagelse
Egnethed til at udøve det erhverv:
(1) The Tender shall be submited in dublicate (paper) as well as one digital copy in pdf-format on a CD-ROM.
(2) According to consolidated act. No. 336 of 13.05.1997 a solemn declaration of debt due to the public authorities of the suppliers country of origin as well as a solemn declaration of debt due to the public authorities of Denmark shall accompany the tender.

Declarations shall be dated and signed.
If the supplier is a consortium, the tender shall be accompanied by the above mentioned declarations for each menber of the consortium.
All the information and declarations provided shall comprise the tendering company and not be part of consolidations of e.g. a parent company.
Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:
(1) Documentation for the company's sufficient financial ability in the form of a Balance Sheet in English or Danish language and key figures regarding the latest financial year.
Key figures shall include: Turnover, Equity, Total Assets and Solvence Ratio.
Solvence Ratio shall be calculated applying to the following formula: Solvence Ratio = (Equity / Total Assets) x 100.
(2) If the supplier is a Consortium, the above mentioned information is requested for each menber of the Consortium.
Mindstekrav til niveauet:
Solvency Ratio > 10 %
If the supplier is a Consortium, at least one the members of the consortium shall possess a Solvency Ratio > 10 % and none of the other members may have a Solvency Ratio < 8 %.
Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
The satellite capacity offered in the tender shall be fully compliant with earth stations in accordance with NATO STANAG 4484.
Kontraktens udførelse
Krav om deponering og sikkerhedsstillelse:
In case of any prepayment are to be made, the supplier shall furnish an unconditional, irrevocable, on-demand Bank Guarantee covering such prepayments under the Framework Agreement.
The third party provider of such Bank Guarantee must possess either a Sandard & Poor's rating of A- or a Moody's of A3.
