KONTEK - Upgrade of the HVDC converter control system
The scope of work includes, in particular, design, deliver, install, execute and complete a new control and protection system for the existing KONTEK HVDC link (in operation since 1995) including equipment for local and remote control.
Furthermore the scope of work (for 50Hertz) includes the replacement of electrolytic capacitors within the valve towers.
