Betingelser for deltagelse
Egnethed til at udøve det erhverv:
(1) Solemn declaration that the personal situation of the applicant is not covered by the grounds for exclusion mentioned in Article 45(1)-(2)(a, b, c, e, f) of Directive No 2004/18/EC
(2) Solemn declaration that the applicant does not have any unpaid mature debt to any Danish public authority in excess of DKK 100,000, cf. Consolidated Act No 336 of 13.5.1997
A template for a declaration covering both (1) and (2) may be obtained from the contact person listed in Annex A. The applicant may - but is not required to - use this template to submit the required information.
AGENTS: If the applicant acts an agent for one or more insurance companies implying that the insurance company or companies will eventually be party to the contract with Finansiel Stabilitet A/S and the final issuers of the insurance policy the declarations on (1) and (2) above must be submitted for each insurance company represented by the agent. The agent, however, is not required to submit declarations on (1) and (2) above.

There are no specific requirements regarding the legal form to be taken by a group of insurance companies in order to be eligible for award of the contract.

Reference is made to Section 7 of Act No 492 of 12.5.2010 ("lov om håndhævelse af udbudsreglerne mv.").
Applicants should beware that the below-mentioned deadlines will be amended on 1 June 2013.
For complaints regarding decisions related to the prequalification stage, the deadline is currently 30 days from the date on which the decision in question has been notified to the applicants. The amended deadline will be 20 days.
For other complaints, the current deadline is 6 months from the date of publication of the contract award notice. The amended deadline will be 45 days calculated from the day after the date on which the contract award decision has been notified to the tenderers.
