DONG Energy is about to deploy approx. 1 million Remote Power Meters, and for that project DONG Energy
needs the following three Consultants to participate in the tender process:
1) Consultant for specification of Remote Power Metering Setup; to be used in an upcomming Tender.
2) Consultant for specification of Meter Data Management (MDM) System for Remote Power Metering; to be used in an upcomming Tender.
3) Process Consultant for specifications of business processes in connection with Remote Power Metering.
The applicant can be prequalified to submit a tender for one or more of above consultants See requirements in section III.2.3.
The Consultants are to work from DONG Energy's premisses in Virum / Copenhagen.

DONG Energy intends to limit the number of prequalified companies to a maximum of five companies. The application for prequalification must be handed in at the reception at DONG Energy, Nesa Alle 1, 2820 Gentofte no later than the date and time specified in IV.3.4. Applications must be submitted in one hard copy, and one electronic copy, on CD-ROM or USB-Stick. The application may not be submitted by e-mail.

Egnethed til at udøve det erhverv:

Prequalification in the tender requires that the applicant for prequalificatin documents, that it:

1) is not in bankruptcy, liquidation or composition with creditors, is not in receivership, has not suspended business activities, is a another similar situation arising from a similar procedure is determined by national legislation;

2) is not sought in bankruptcy, treatment aimed at liquidation, composition outside bankruptcy, receivership or any similar procedures laid down in national legislation;

3) is not by a Court decision under its regulations convicted of an offense that raises doubts concerning his professional conduct;

4) has fulfilled its obligations regarding the payment of social security contributions in accordance with legal provisions of the country where it is established or of the country of the contracting authority;

5) has fulfilled its obligations relating to payment of taxes in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which it is established or of the country of the contracting authority.

Provision of a service certificate from the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency, which is not more than six months old at the time of tendering, or a faith and love declaration covering the above mentioned requirements will be accepted as documentation.

NOTE: It may take up to 14 days or more to have a Service Certificate from the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency issued.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:

The Applicant must have had an average yearly turnover of at least 0.5 million EUR over the last two years as regards, Remote Power Metering Consulting Services.

The Applicant can demonstrate this by including its annual reports, provided the turnover for the Remote Power Metering Consulting Services appears, or by a statement of faith and love, stating the yearly turnover of Remote Power Metering Consulting Services.

Teknisk og faglig kompetence:

The applicant can be prequalified to submit a tender for two Consultants and one Process Consultant regarding Remote Power Metering:

The requirements to be qualified are:

1) For Consultant it is required that the applicant can document experience with designing the requirements for a new Remote Power Metering setup with minimum 100.000 Remote Power Meters, for an European Utility company. The Applicant can document that by submitting at least one reference. The Reference may not be older than five years, and should include Name of the Utility company, Year and number of Remote Power Meters.

2) Regarding the Consultant for Meter Data Management, it is required that the applicant can document experience with designing and specifying the requirements for a new Meter Data Management System (MDM), for an European Utility company. The Applicant can document that by submitting at least one reference. The Reference may not be older than five years, and should include Name of the Utility company, Year and number of Remote Power Meters.

3) The Process consultant for specifications of Business Processes in connection with Remote Power Metering, it is required that the applicant can document experience in designing Business Processes for Remote Power Metering processes, and that the applicant has references regarding that for an European Utillity company. The Reference may not be older than five years, and should include Name of the Utility company and Year.

Only Applicants that can document above requirements will be Prequalified and invited to tender. The Applicant can be prequalified for one or more of the above consultants.
