Consultancy Support for Energy and Greenhouse Gas Analyses

Danish Energy Agency

The Danish Energy Agency (DEA) is requesting energy and GHG emissions data and modeling tools enabling the DEA to conduct analyses relating to energy and climate change mitigation, e.g. modeling of energy scenarios, identification of GHG emission reduction potentials by country and sector, assessment of cost-efficient policies at national levels, and analyzing different scenarios of global climate agreements.
The tender consists of 2 partial framework agreements, the the first covering the global and European energy market and GHG emissions, the second focusing on emerging economies and their specific energy systems and GHG mitigation options. The bidders are welcome to make a proposal for only one of the partial framework agreements or for both partial framework agreements.
