DONG Energy Oil & Gas A/S

The purpose of this tender is to establish a cost effective, scalable, secure and operative Backup/Restore service with one Vendor, which offers 24/7 services to DONG Energy based on a total responsibility model.
Service Provider can include all or parts of the present IBM TSM solution on an as-is basis. If this is relevant details for conditions and terms will be negotiated as part of the final negotiations.
The present configuration and solution is at present under pressure for free capacity, and it is of vital importance that parts of the Service Providers solution is operative in 2013. To strengthen the need for a quick start of implementation even further is the fact that qualified TSM resources are scarce.
Services consists of hw- and software capacity including related backup/recovery services of systems and data, relevant standard operational procedures and services (for example hardware-service, basic monitoring, security patching of components etc.), cloning/snapshot and archiving functionality, colocation of solution etc.
An integrated archive solution is expected to be part of the Service Providers solution.
Service Provider is expected to be SPOC in all activities regarding daily backup and restore activities, including handling of all previously created backup/archive tapes. DONG Energy expects to maintain an local backup specialist profile to front internal projects etc., with an in depth an detailed knowledge of the Service Providers solution concept, who also will function as a follow-up responsible entity at DONG Energy.

Egnethed til at udøve det erhverv:
The economic operator needs to document, the he/she:
1) is not in bankruptcy, liquidation or composition with creditors, is not in receivership, has not suspended business activities, is a another similar situation arising from a similar procedure is determined by national legislation;
2) is not sought in bankruptcy, treatment aimed at liquidation, composition outside bankruptcy, receivership or any similar procedures laid down in national legislation;
3) is not by a Court decision under its regulations convicted of an offense that raises doubts concerning his professional conduct;
4) has fulfilled its obligations regarding the payment of social security contributions in accordance with legal provisions of the country where it is established or of the country of the contracting authority;
5) has fulfilled its obligations relating to payment of taxes in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which it is established or of the country of the contracting authority.
Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:
The economic operator's financial and economic capacity in the form of turnover plus equity, liabilities and pre-tax profits for the most recent available accounting years. Information must be documented by means of the economic operator's most recent audited annual accounts

The minimum requirement for economic and financial capacity is that the economic operator's equity shall be at least 25M DKK and the economic operator's turnover from the last financial year must be at least 100M DKK.
Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
The Supplier shall have at least 36 months' experience of offering the relevant services under conditions similar to those applicable to the tender. Such experience shall be documented by means of at least four references, including customer name (or branch if the customer name cannot be divulged), description of the delivery (products and services), scope (contract sum) and extent/period of delivery.
