Such contract may require the provision by the supplier of a bank guarantee for the fulfillment of the obligations according to the above Circular.

The supplier shall send a list of references from prior similar supplies ec. II.1.5. The list must contain name of reference, time of delivery and description of the supplies.

If a consortium of companies submits a joint tender the consortium is obligated to accept joint and several liability. The consortium as such must provide adequate documentation hereof. The consortium must provide information concerning how it is organized and its participants.
