The supplier must submit valid certificates for the following:

- An ISO 9001 certified quality assurance system

- An ISO 14001 certified environmental management system

- An OHSAS 18001 certified management system (Occupational Health and Safety As-sessment Series)

In areas where the tenderer does not have a valid certificate, the following documentation must be submitted:

- One or several area policies signed by management.

- Index from the system manuals containing procedures for revision of contracts, order management, documentation management, registration management, tracking, deviations- and corrections management, management evaluation and internal audit.

- A list of existing measurable goals regarding quality, environment and working environment.

- Accident statistics for the previous three years with indication of accident frequency (no. of accidents resulting in absence from work per 1.000.000 working hours) and accident absence frequency (no. of absence hours caused by accidents per 1.000 working hours).

Among the prequalified suppliers Energinet.dk will select up to 5 Tenderers based on references.

RUT:

For all foreign companies posting employees in Denmark for delivery of services.

If your company is carrying out temporary work in Denmark, this must be notified to the Register of Foreign Service Providers – Registret for Udenlandske Tjenesteydere (RUT).

The rules apply both for foreign companies that post employees in Denmark and for sole trader businesses.

At www.virk.dk/rut you will find an electronic form that you must complete when you provide notification of your company and the work that is to be carried out in Denmark. All works must be reported. Once you have sent the form, you will receive an acknowledgement, which contains a RUT number that should be used when contacting the Danish authorities.

Your notification must be made by the time the work begins. Any changes in the details must be reported at the latest eight days after the changes take effect. If your notification is made after the work has begun, you may be fined. You may also be fined if you provide incorrect or incomplete information.

If the work is within the areas of building, construction, forestry, horticulture or agriculture you must provide proof to the assignor* that you have notified the RUT. If you fail to do so, the assignor is obliged to inform the Danish Working Environment Authority. The acknowledgement of notification is suitable proof. * The assignor is the company or person with whom you have concluded a contract to carry out work.
