Wireless microphone systems and in-ear systems

TV 2 / Danmark A/S

From January 2013, new frequencies will be allocated by the authorities, for wireless microphone and in-ear system applications.
The new frequency range for wireless microphones is in the range from 470 MHz to 790 MHz and from 823 MHz to 840 MHz.
Due to this fact, that our existing wireless microphones, transmitters and receivers for our TV- Studios, OB - and ENG production are not supporting the new frequencies, TV 2|Danmark A/S have decided to call for tender of new equipment and/or upgrade of existing equipment for wireless microphone and in-ear applications.
This tender also encounters two of the Danish regional TV stations, Lorry in Copenhagen and TV 2/Bornholm, in the understanding of Lorry and Bornholm having the opportunity to join the final agreement by signing a separate and identical contract, but including their own specific number and types of units.
The total amount of units to be either purchase or upgraded, is estimated to be approximately 700.
