Service agreements to TPS-77 radar installation
DALO would like to acquire two (2) service agreements in connection to the Danish defence' TPS-77 radars. Both service agreements shall run for a period of seven (7) years. The first service agreement is named "basic services" and consists of a return and repair service for hardware, obsolescence management and program management. The second service agreement is named "supplementary services" and consists of manual updates, SW updates, help desk and facilitated remote service. The supplier may choose to request participation in regards to one or both of the service agreements.
