1) The number of invited tenderers are 5. In so far as the number of tenderers, whose expression of interest is in compliance with the tender requirements, exceeds 5, the selection of tenderers is made on the following grounds: The quality of the references on: 2D land seismic acquisition with geothermal target. 2D seismic land-data processing with geothermal target. 2) The participating parties can get a declaration regarding Section III.2.1) by contacting the contact stated in Annex A.I"; 3) Confirmation of contact name, position, full address, e-mail and phone/fax numbers for receipt of tender documents; 4) Regarding Section IV.3.4) the request for participate must be submitted in a paper version (original) and digital on DVD/CD-ROM before the time limit in Section IV.3.4) expires. The request for participate should be submitted in one original and preferably 2 copies in a sealed envelope marked "Request for participate regarding seismic investigations. (Must not be opened by the mail department)”

Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
Requested information:
1. Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) policy;
2. Company profile – to include, but not limited to, current and planned number of and size of seismic vibrators for land seismic profiling and organograms of organisational structure (particularly survey operation and technical support functions);
3. List of 2D land seismic acquisition experience in the last 5 years depending on the date on which the undertaking was set up. References must include target, location and client;
4. List of 2D seismic data processing experience in the last 5 years depending on the date on which the undertaking was set up. References must include target, location and client.
The above is intended to be a short process therefore contractor is requested to try and be concise with regards to the volume of documentation submitted.
Kontraktens udførelse

A bank guarantee will be requested. The bank guarantee should amount to 10 % of the contract price.

If a consortium of companies submit a joint tender the consortium is obliged to accept joint and several liability. The consortium shall authorize one supplier to represent the consortium.
