Prequalification - supply to ensure the system stability in western Zealand DK2 and Funen DK1 - SynCon12
Energinet.dk wants to ensure the system stability in western Zealand and Funen. In order to do so, a synchronous condenser for installation at the 400 kV voltage level in Western Zealand and Funen is to be delivered and installed.
The synchronous condenser must as a minimum be able to supply a sub-transient short-circuit contribution of 700 MVA, calculated at 400 kV. The supply comprises a EPC project consisting of synchronous condenser, step-up transformer and all necessary equipment, including installation / integration.(Further interfaces will apply from the tender material) or, a solution technically corresponding to what is provided by a synchronous condenser must be supplied. The alternative solution is to be supplied on Western Zealand and on Funen. The alternative solution must be offered for a three-year period with the possibility of a two-year extension.
The intention is that all tenders can be prequalified for either one or both lot’s and can be awarded the contract for either one or both lot’s.
