Infantry assault bridge (personnel bridge, medium)

Infantry assault bridge, constructed in man portable modules. The brudge must cover gaps of at least 25 meters. It must be possible to extend the bridge to a width of 40 metres or more. It must be possible to split the bridge into independent floating modules each with a length of at least 4 metres. The bridge must contain a system making it possible to transfer a standard NATO stretcher.

1) The bid shall contaion a declaration of the bidders company form with information about ownership and management certified by a public accountant of bidders law firm.

2). The bid shall contain the bidders solemn declaration stating to which degree the bidder is indebted to public authorities. This is a requirement under Danish Law.

There is no requirement for a group of economic operators (consortium) that submits a joint tender to assume a specific legal form. If a consortium submits a joint tender, the participating operators are obligated to appoint a joint secretariat in which an appointed agent shall act on behalf of the consortium and its participiants in all matters relating to the submission of tenders and - provided that the contract is awarded to the consortium - all matters relating to the contract.
