The 3D graphics services part of the contract comprises 2D and 3D illustrations transforming technical, complex material and content into easy to understand and highly communicative illustrations targeted at a non-technical audience. 3D visualisation comprises both print and video animation. The Scope of Services includes:
— 3D model of total cost-coast project and production facility in Rødbyhavn,
— production of video animations based on 3D model,
— production of still pictures based on 3D model,
— transformation of technical, complexes material and content into easy to understand and highly communicative illustrations targeted at a non-technical audience for print and online use,
— ad hoc adjustments to misc. illustrations,
— project management.
The exhibition services part of the contract comprises general advice and concept development for an exhibition concept for Femern A/S covering Denmark and Germany in the construction phase. The Scope of Services includes:
— creative concept for exhibition(s) in the construction phase (building as well as exhibition(s) itself),
— advise on process planning, stakeholder involvement and approval processes,
— advise on and development of tender material for contractors (in cooperation with Femern A/S technical department),
— technical and non-technical visualisation of concept,
— production of related on- and offline material for communication purposes.

Betingelser for deltagelse
Egnethed til at udøve det erhverv:

The Candidate shall provide the following information:

a) Name and address of the Candidate;

b) Candidate's contact person;

c) Brief description of the Candidate's organisation.

The Candidate (and each member of a joint venture or a partnership, if applicable) shall provide certificate(s) from competent authorities/trade registers for the purpose of showing the following:

1) that he is not subject to proceedings for bankruptcy, winding-up or arrangements with creditors;

2) that he has not been convicted of any offence concerning his professional conduct;

3) that he has fulfilled obligations related to taxes and security contributions.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:

The Candidate (and each member of a joint venture or a partnership, if applicable) shall provide the following information:

a) annual reports or at least balance sheets for the previous 2 financial years;

b) statement of overall turnover and turnover in respect of the services to which the contract relates for the previous 3 financial years.

Teknisk og faglig kompetence:

The Candidate (and each member of a joint venture or a partnership, if applicable) shall provide the following information:

a) a list of the principal assignments in respect of the services to which the contract relates. For each assignment the following information shall be included:

The value, dates and client, public or private, the kind of services provided;

b) general information about the Candidate's organisation including numbers of employees for the last three years in this organisation (CVs documenting experience and skills of dedicated personnel shall not be included in the Request to Participate).

The deadlines for submission to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement are for framework agreements according to the Danish 'Lov om Håndhævelse af udbudsreglerne m.v.' no. 492 of 12.5.2010 and 'Lov om ændring af lov om håndhævelse af udbudsreglerne m.v.' no. 618 of 14.6.2011 given as:
