Flue gas dedusting filter for biofuel boiler at a CHP in the city of Køge
Mechanical and electrical works for conversion electrostatic precipitator (ESP) to fabric filter (FF). The plant is burning wood chips and saw dust in a grate boiler.
Lot 1: removal of internals from ESP - unit 7, design, construction, manufacturing, erection and commissioning new internals for fabric filtration in the ESP casing. The unit has a capacity of 46, MW thermal. The flue gas is lead from the filter through 2 existing ID-fans to the chimney. Fly ash will be handled in existing systems.
Lot 2: option for: Removal of internals from ESP - unit 8, design, construction, manufacturing, erection and commissioning new internals for fabric filtration in the ESP casing. The unit has a capacity of 56 MW thermal. The flue gas is lead from the filter through 2 existing ID-fans to the chimney. Fly ash will be handled in existing systems.
