Contract concerning the purchase af Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Desposition
Aarhus University (the Contracting Authority) is purchasing a Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition.
The 3 chamber cluster tool is required for the production of state of art quality semiconductor (silicon and its different alloys) thin films especially amorphous and microcrystalline silicon thin films for solar cell research and applications.
