The application for prequalification must be handed in at the reception at DONG Energy, Nesa Alle 1, 2820 Gentofte no later than the date and time specified in IV.3.4. Applications must be submitted in one hard copy, and one electronic copy, on CD-ROM or USB-Stick. The application may not be submitted by e-mail. To help the Applicant check that all information is included in the application, the Contracting Entity has prepared a checklist that the Applicant can obtain, by contacting the Contact Person mentioned in paragraph I.1.

Betingelser for deltagelse
Egnethed til at udøve det erhverv:
Prequalification in the tender requires that the applicant for prequalificatin documents, that it:
1) is not in bankruptcy, liquidation or composition with creditors, is not in receivership, has not suspended business activities, is a another similar situation arising from a similar procedure is determined by national legislation;
2) is not sought in bankruptcy, treatment aimed at liquidation, composition outside bankruptcy, receivership or any similar procedures laid down in national legislation;
3) is not by a Court decision under its regulations convicted of an offense that raises doubts concerning his professional conduct;
4) has fulfilled its obligations regarding the payment of social security contributions in accordance with legal provisions of the country where it is established or of the country of the contracting authority;
5) has fulfilled its obligations relating to payment of taxes in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which it is established or of the country of the contracting authority.
Provision of a service certificate from the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency, which is not more than six months old at the time of tendering, or a faith and love declaration covering the above mentioned requirements will be accepted as documentation.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:
The Applicant must have had a yearly turnover of at least 100 million DKK over the last three fiscal years as regards, the products in question in this Tender.
The Applicant can demonstrate this by including it annual reports, provided the turnover for the products in question appears, or by a statement of faith and love, stating the yearly turnover of the products in question.
Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
It is a minimum requirement to be prequalified for this tender, that the applicant can document the following:
1) Three Type Tests of PEXCables of min 72,5kV, (minimum one test according to IEC 60840). Tests with AL-Shield are preferred
2) Minumum three references of PEXcable deliveries of min 72,5kV outside the manufacturer’s home market, but within the European Community (EU)
3) Minimum five references of PEXcable deliveries within EC of min 72,5 kV according to IEC 60840. References with AL-Shield are desired, but is not a requirement. Suppliers with this reference are preferred.
4) References of delivery of PEXcable with two colour outer shield for the purpose af damage control
4) Certification under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and QHSAS 18001 (to be included). If not certified the applicant must include it's own quality, safety and environment manuals.
6) The applicant Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy (to be included).

Complaints about the provision of a framework agreement must be submitted within 12 months after the originator has signed the Framework Agreement from the day after the day on which the customer has notified the affected candidates and tenderers.
While a complaint lodged with the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, the appellant shall in writing inform the customer that the complaint lodged with the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, and whether the complaint is lodged in the standstill period.
