System for Electronic handling of non-conformances (deviations), observations and CAPA
The current system for handling of non-conformance issues (deviations), observations and CAPA is decentralised and primarily based on forms which are filled in MS Word and subsequently printed and signed. Formal case handling is based on hard copy.
SSI calls for a tender to acquire an IT solution/system for electronic handling of non-conformances (deviations), observations and CAPA.
1000 named users will access the system, hereof 100 simultaneously.
The procurement concerns an IT solution/system, maintenance of the system/solution, and support to SSI on the system/solution during the contract period.
The system/solution must fit into current SSI IT-environment based on SAP and Microsoft products (Office/Outlook/Exchange/Sharepoint).
Due to resource constraints and the fact that SSI is not an IT-organisation, SSI does not want to initiate or enter a large scale development project. Customization is not considered being development, and minor components and interfaces are not considered being large scale.
The solution/system must have proven track record and customer references.
The system/solution must be based on proven technology with large population of skilled professionals.
