Trousers, jackets, full-body suits, gloves, rainwear and small items such as bicycle and riding gear, overtrousers and protective gauntlets for the Greenland Police. In addition, any necessary sizing also forms part of this lot.

Betingelser for deltagelse
Egnethed til at udøve det erhverv:

A signed and dated solemn declaration regarding the issues mentioned in Article 45 of the EU Procurement Directive, including information about a candidate’s debt to public authorities. Appendix 2 to the prequalification specifications must be used.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:

The candidate must attach the following documentation of its economic and financial standing:

A signed declaration from the candidate’s accountant concerning the candidate’s net turnover within the specific area to which the specific lot(s) relate(s), during the three most recently approved financial years.

Details on the candidate’s equity ratios for the three most recently approved financial years.

Details on the candidate’s existing financial position in the form of a separate, signed declaration from the candidate’s accountant that no material changes to the enterprise’s financial circumstances have occurred since the end of the most recently approved financial year. If material, negative changes have occurred in the financial circumstances of the enterprise, such changes must be described in further detail.

Presentation of the candidate’s balance sheets or extracts hereof for the 3 most recently approved financial years, if publication of balance sheets is required by law in the country in which the economic operator is established.

Documentation of valid professional indemnity and product liability insurance must be attached in the form of a copy of insurance policy and most recently paid invoice.

Mindstekrav til niveauet:

Minimum requirements regarding lot 1: The candidate must document a net turnover of no less than 20 000 000 DKK per year for the three most recently approved financial years.

Minimum requirements regarding lots 2-4: The candidate must document a net turnover of no less than 10 000 000 DKK per year for the three most recently approved financial years.

Minimum requirements regarding lot 5: The candidate must document a net turnover of no less than 1 000 000 DKK per year for the three most recently approved financial years.

Indemnity and product liability insurance.

Minimum requirement: Limit of cover to be no less than 10 000 000 DKK per event.

Teknisk og faglig kompetence:

The candidate must attach the following documentation of its technical and professional abilities:

List of references relating to the most important supplies of similar products or services provided during the most recent three years. A maximum of ten references can be stated. The candidate is kindly asked to use appendix 3 to the prequalification specifications or a similar appendix that includes the information requested in appendix 3.

Details about whether the candidate intends to use sub-suppliers to perform a possible contract with the Danish police and if so, which tasks these sub-suppliers are expected to handle.

Five candidates per lot will be prequalified. If there are more than five qualified candidates per lot, the National Police will select the best suited candidates on the basis of their relevant references and their equity ratios during the three most recently approved financial years.
