Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization

DALO intends to acquire Part 147/66 approved basic training course computer based training licences covering part 147 training certificates of categories B1.1, B1.2, B1.3 and B1.4 and soft copy text-books covering the same categories. The training shall be in complicance with EU regulation no. 2042 Part 66 syllabus, specifically aimed at the B1.1. and B1.3 categories.

Beskrivelse af mulighederne:
The supplier shall grant DALO an option to procure up to 20 ea. licences specifically aimed at part B2 and the option to procure further instructor courses.

Betingelser for deltagelse
Egnethed til at udøve det erhverv:
1) A statement of company name, contact person, company address, central business registration no., phone no. and e-mail to the tenderer;
2) A solemn declaration stating to which degree the supplier has fulfilled his obligations in relation to the payment of direct and indirect taxes in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which the supplier is established and in Denmark. If a consortium of companies submits a joint tender, the consortium is obligated to accept joint and several liability. The consortium as such must provide adequate documentation hereof. The consortium must provide information concerning how it is organised and its participants. Each member of the consortium shall supply the relevant information, cf. III.2.

A consequence of law no. 492 af 12.5.2010 regarding enforcement of the rules for procerement ect., is that complaints regarding a supplier not being pre-qualified must be filed with The Complaints Board for Public Procurement within 30 calendar days starting the day after the Contraction Authority has sent notification to the suppliers involved concerning who has been pre-qualified, if the notification includes a short account of the relevant reasons for the decision.
