PGNiG intends to establish an exploration well named Felsted-1. By contractual agreement contractor (tenderer) is to provide Mud Logging and Wireline Logging services necessary for carrying out the exploration and to comprise supplying attached services and technical support and personnel on demand during drilling of the well.

Egnethed til at udøve det erhverv:

Any tenderer who has been the subject of a conviction by final judgement, who is the subject of proceedings for declaration of bankruptcy or has not fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of taxes shall be excluded from the procedure.

For the purpose of evaluation candidates must provide following documents:

A valid facsimile copy from a competent register or a valid certificate of the entry into a register of commercial activity.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:

The contract may be awarded to tenderers who have a relevant professional risk indemnity insurance with limit of liability at least equivalent to the amount of 5 000 000 DKK.

For the purpose of evaluation candidates must provide following documents:

A policy or other insurance document to confirm that the tenderer have a relevant professional risk indemnity insurance with limit of liability at least equivalent to the amount of 5 000 000 DKK. The value in Danish kroner of any amount expressed in other currencies shall be calculated by reference to the exchange rate of the Danske Bank on the day the tender is published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Teknisk og faglig kompetence:

The contract may be awarded to tenderers who in accordance with art. 54 of the Directive:

1. Have provided within the last 3 years before the start of the contract award procedure Mud Logging services, during drilling of petroleum well; and at least two services in the H2S hazard conditions.

2. Have knowledge, and have personnel possessing suitable qualifications, essential to perform Mud Logging service in a safe manner.

3. Have equipment suitable to perform Mud Logging services, certificated to use on the wellsite.

4. Have introduced procedures related to the execution of work in the safe manner.

5. Have provided within the last 3 years before the start of the contract award procedure Wireline Logging services, during drilling of petroleum well including at least two services in the H2S hazard conditions.

6. Have knowledge, and have personnel possessing suitable qualifications, essential to perform Wireline Logging service on wellsite in the safe manner, including certification to perform work with the radioactive sources.

7. Have equipment suitable to perform Wireline Loging services, certificated to use on the wellsite.

For the purpose of evaluation candidates must provide following documents:

1. A list of the main services provided in the past 3 years to prove the performance of at least two Mud Logging Services in the H2S hazard conditions, with the names of recipients of the services, names of the wells, type of the measurement, date and place where service was provided. Documents proving that the services were executed properly (references) should be enclosed.

2. A list of the personnel anticipated to perform the Mud Logging Services with the licenses and certificates and description of their experience.

3. A declaration that the tenderer has equipment suitable to perform Mud Logging Services, certificated to use on the wellsite.

4. A declaration that the tenderer has introduced procedures related to the execution of Mud Logging Services in the safe manner, particularly with the compliance with the best standards in environmental protection.

5. A list of the main services provided in the past 3 years to prove the performance of at least two Wireline Logging Services in the H2S hazard conditions, with names of recipients of the services, the names of the wells, type of the measurement, date and place where service was provided. Documents proving that the services were executed properly (references), should be enclosed.

6. A list of the personnel anticipated to perform the Wireline Logging Services with the licenses, especially the certificates to work with radioactive sources, and description of their experience.

7. A declaration that tenderer has equipment suitable to perform Wireline Logging Services, certificated to use on the wellsite.

8. A declaration that the tenderer has introduced, procedures related to the execution of Wireline Logging Services in the safe manner, particularly with the compliance with the best standards in environmental protection.

If the tenderer rely on the abilities of other entities to fulfill requirements specified above, then is obliged to prove that the necessary resources will be available to it, for example by delivering a written undertaking. The undertaking must specify resources which will be available to the tenderer.

Pursuant to Art. 11 of Directive 2004/17/EC, group of economic operators will be held jointly and severally liable.

A document of the power of attorney to represent a group of tenderers who participate jointly in the contract award procedure should be enclosed to the tender.
