Mobile Cranes for the Danish Navy

The Tender Material including tender conditions and requirement specifications can be obtained by an e-mail request to the contact point(s) mentioned under I.1) of this notice.
The Navy has a need for crane capacity to handle land sampling and replacement of the modular container system to Navy units. In addition, maintenance and repair of the unit's technical equipment which includes change of components in the propulsion systems unit for repair and major maintenance. Similarly, crane capacity is used for servicing and maintenance of coastal radar stations (KYRA) and Navy antenna installation etc.
DALO wish to procure two (2) mobile cranes with the capacities described in Table 1-3 in the Tender Material. The mobile cranes shall replace the majority of the Danish Naval Bases current mobile crane capacity. The mobile cranes are intended widely applicable, but the main lift works will occur in connection with replacement of weapon systems, engines and containers of Navy units. Operations such as those mentioned above could occur both at naval bases and civilian ports, including yards and servicing of coastal radar stations and antenna installation.
Furthermore an option for a service level agreement (SLA) shall be submitted.

Solemn Declarations.

A) The tenderer must enclose a solemn declaration that states to which degree the tenderer - at the time of submitting the tender - has fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of taxes and social contributions. The tenderer will received a form together with the Tender Material than can be used for this declaration.

B) The tenderer must enclose a solemn declaration that states that the tenderer - at the time of submitting the tender - has taken account of the obligations relating to employment protection provisions and the working conditions which are in force in the place where the service is to be provided. The tenderer will received a form together with the Tender Material than can be used for this declaration.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:

A statement of the economic operator's solvency ratio at the end of the latest financial year. The solvency ratio is calculated by dividing the economic operator's equity with the economic operator's total assets (equity/total assets x 100).

Mindstekrav til niveauet:

As a minimum requirement the solvency ratio of the economic operator shall be 10 % or more.
