Frøslev-Egtved II, Gas Pipeline, Pipeline Construction

The contract comprise the construction of a DN 750 (30 inch), approx. 94 km high pressure (80 bar) steel gas transmission pipeline parallel to the existing DN 600 gas transmission pipeline from the Danish/German border at Frøslev to compressor station at Egtved, Jutland, Denmark. The contract will comprise construction of 3 valve stations along the pipeline, and scraper facilities either end of the pipeline. The construction works shall be based on a detailed design tender package provided by the Employer.
All line pipes, fittings, valves, scraper traps, etc. will be supplied by the Employer as free issue materials.
The pipeline shall be constructed in material EN 10208-2 L485MB.
The pipeline is primarily passing through agricultural districts. There are approximately 35 water crossings, 75 road crossings, 1 railway crossing and approximately 7 Nos. of totally 2 300 m of horizontal directional drillings along the pipeline route.

Please observe that it is the legal entities which obtains pre-qualification that has to sign the Contract with Energinet.dk and thus is fully responsible towards Energinet.dk regarding fulfilment of the Contract.

Legal situation - documentation required:
A solemn statement as to whether the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations in respect of the payment of contributions to social security schemes in accordance with the legislation in the country in which the tenderer is domiciled and in Denmark. And to whether the tenderer, has fulfilled his obligations in respect of 2004/17/EF of 31.3.2004, article 54, ad) 4. The supplier must also submit valid certificates for the following:
An ISO 9001 certified quality assurance system.
An ISO 14001 certified environmental management system.
An OHSAS 18001 certified management system (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series).
In areas where the tenderer does not have a valid certificate(s), the following documentation must be submitted:
A. One or several area policies signed by management.
B. Index from the system manuals containing procedures for Revision of contracts, Order management, Documentation management, Registration management, Tracking, Deviations and Corrections management, Management Evaluation and Internal Audit.
C. A list of existing measurable goals regarding quality, environment and working environment.
D. Accident statistics for the previous 3 years with indication of Accident Frequency (no. of accidents resulting in absence from work per 1 000 000 working hours) and Accident Absence Frequency (no. of absence hours caused by accidents per 1 000 working hours).
